Why Start On Day 9 of 10

OK so why am I starting this challenge now? BTW I promise not to say "challenge" anywhere near as many times in this post as I did in the last LOL.

After all in 2 days time no one will care about it.

Right?

Wrong!

2 days from now the most important people in the world will care about it. In fact 2 weeks from now, 2 months from now, even 2 years from now they will still be caring. Who are these people you ask? They are my incredible Wife and 3 wonderful kids. They are going to remember this challenge in one of 2 ways.

1) This was the start to a whole new lifestyle for them.
2) This was yet another project that could have done great but just never went anywhere!

Now I am not going to bore you with my life's story. Suffice it to say I have been working online in one way or another (webmaster, web designer, marketer, infomarketer, graphic artist, etc) sense 1995. I have had some ups, had some downs, but in the end never lived that elusive "Internet Marketing" lifestyle. Well after putting up with me for over 10 years now my wife wants her beach front mansion LOL. And I want to give it to her!

So that is why I am starting this challenge on day 9 of 10.

For us it is really day 1 of the rest of my life!

Howie's Challenge

This blog came into being out of a challenge that was put forth by Howie Schwartz. This challenge is part of his prelaunch for his up coming imRemarable program http://www.imremarkable.com/. This challenge is also a contest. The most "Remakable" marketers to take place in this challenge will win a ton of cool stuff. But that is not why I am doing it.

See I have no intention of winning any of the cool prizes. In fact I am starting this on day 9 of 10. Yep, this is a 10 day challenge and as I type my first post for it the challenge has allready been going on for 9 days.

Well not really if it was I would have started on day 1!
